Business profit and growth with a track record of managing budgets up to $45 million, for over 20 years Panina has helped both small and large businesses generate profit and grow.
Panina received a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to pursue her MBA, with a major in Finance and a minor in International Business, from The American University in Washington, D.C. She was born overseas, is fluent in Spanish, and a working knowledge of French and Italian.
She has worked with government agencies, corporate America and international companies overseas on the Panama Canal Commission (a U.S. Federal Agency), Shell Oil Company, MCI/WorldCom and Lockheed Martin. Panina is passionate about helping smaller businesses grow and her expertise includes finance, budget planning, small business management, small business bookkeeping (QuickBooks), small business taxes, and presenting business seminars.
While working for the Panama Canal Commission, Panina was instrumental in creating and putting in place Internal Control Procedures. These ensured that various sections under the Maintenance Division coordinated functions, increasing the productivity of the Division by 15%.
